A Team of Sales Representatives
Our Sales Team consists of representatives who are dedicated to geographic areas where they have developed strong und trustful customer relationships. The Sales Representative manages each account according to the specific needs in order to ensure the best of our client-centered-service.

Showroom
We have a beautiful showroom where our customers can make their selection and get assistance from our Sales Team to successfully place an order.

Reliability & Confidentiality
We respect the brands we work with and always stick to the sales restrictions and guidelines set by them to ensure that all products end up in the right place and at the right price without interfering with other ongoing business.

Shipping & Invoicing
Alpengluehn provides fast and reliable shipping to all Swiss destinations with “Swiss Post”. All shipments are covered by insurance and will be provided with a tracking number. We make the life of our customers as easy as possible and provide them with a monthly invoice and easy payment via QR code.

International Trade Shows
We attend 2-3 eyewear trade shows every year: Opti Munich, Silmo Paris, Mido Milan and support our partners taking care of Swiss customers.

MDR (Medical Device Regulation is a new set of regulations that govern the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices in Europe)
We support our partners with the registration process at Swissmedic and cover the responsibility as CH-REP (Swiss representative) according to the official regulatory requirements.
